Just a few small change to the timetable regarding 400m Hurdle Heights & Minor Shot Putt. The Intermediate Boys 400m Hurdles are at 2’9″ & the Senior Boys 400m Hurdles are at 3’0″. The Minor Boys will be throwing a 3.25kg Shot Putt instead of the 3kg as previously stated.
