Following the Irish Schools AGM in December it was agreed that all decisions regarding Regional/Provincial Competition Byes will be dealt with by the relevant provinces & if granted will be notified to the Irish Schools Administration Director, Anthony White for inclusion in the relevant Competition Programme.
